What we sell
We sell licences to use software published by third parties, and digital assets produced by us. We are not the publisher of third-party software and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher named on this site.
Your use of third-party software is governed by that publisher’s own licence agreement, which you accept when you install it. Nothing here overrides it.
Orders and pricing
A contract forms when we send order confirmation, not when you place the order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Tax treatment is set out below.
Tax
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT or equivalent that may apply where you live. Where we are required to collect such tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
Licences are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, normally within minutes. Delivery is also recorded in your account. It is your responsibility to give a working email address.
Refunds
Set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute a licence purchased here unless the publisher’s own terms permit it.
- Do not attempt to circumvent activation, licensing or technical protection measures.
- Do not use this site to obtain licences you intend to use fraudulently.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use a licence purchased here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights where a product is not as described or does not work.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
