Who is behind DIGISOVIA
DIGISOVIA is the trading name of Aurenza Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (Federal EIN 61-2374806, registered office 30 N Gould St #33128, Sheridan, WY 82801). The store sells in US dollars to customers worldwide; payments appear on your statement as DIGISOVIA.
Where the products come from
We buy licence keys and codes from wholesale distributors of digital products and resell them to you. DIGISOVIA is an independent reseller: we are not the publisher of the software or the operator of the platforms named on this site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by them. Your use of each product is governed by the publisher’s own licence terms.
How delivery works
You pay through Stripe. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the code is issued by our supplier and sent to the email address you entered at checkout — usually within a few minutes — with the activation steps. Every code is also stored in My Account → My keys, so a deleted email is never a lost purchase.
What we commit to
- Region, platform and what you receive stated on every product page, above the price.
- A written Refund Policy with real timelines — including a working replacement or your money back when a code we sold does not activate.
- Support by email at contact@digisovia.com, 08:00–22:00 UTC, seven days a week, before and after you buy.
- A deliberately short catalogue: we would rather list fewer products we can deliver than thousands we cannot.
