This Privacy Policy explains what personal data DIGISOVIA collects when you visit digisovia.com or buy from us, why, who processes it, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It describes the technologies actually in use on this site.
Who we are
DIGISOVIA is a trading name of Aurenza Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (Federal EIN 61-2374806), 30 N Gould St #33128, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are the data controller for the data described here. Privacy contact: contact@digisovia.com.
What we collect and why
- Order data — your email address, first and last name, country and postal code, the products you bought, the amount paid and the order history. Needed to form and perform the contract, deliver your digital products and provide support. Retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Account data (optional) — if you create an account: login, password (stored hashed), saved addresses and, if you choose to save a card, a payment token held by Stripe (we never see the card number). Kept until you delete the account or ask us to.
- Delivery data — the licence keys and codes issued to you are stored encrypted on our servers and shown in My Account → My keys, so a lost email is never a lost purchase. Kept with the order.
- Support correspondence — emails you send us and our replies. Kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and for 3 years afterwards for evidence.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, date and time. Recorded in server logs by our host for security and fault-finding (kept a few weeks), and used by the fraud-prevention tools of our payment processor.
- Newsletter (optional) — the email address you enter in the footer form, until you unsubscribe.
Legal bases
Performance of the contract (orders, delivery, support), compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax, fraud prevention), our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, improving the store), and your consent for non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising measurement and the newsletter — which you can withdraw at any time.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). Your card details go from your browser to Stripe directly; we receive only the result of the payment, a payment reference and the last four digits of the card. Stripe uses your data for payment processing and fraud detection under its own privacy policy. Payments appear on your statement as DIGISOVIA.
Analytics and advertising measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the store is used, and the Meta Pixel together with the Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the results of our advertising. These tools receive your IP address, browser information, the pages and products you view and — after a purchase — the order value and product references, never your name, email address or card details. They are activated only according to your cookie consent: in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom they stay off until you accept them; elsewhere you can refuse them at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Consent is managed by Complianz, which stores your choice in a cookie for up to 12 months.
Service providers
- Hostinger International Ltd. — hosting of the site and database, server logs, and the SMTP service through which our order and delivery emails are sent.
- Hostinger Reach — the newsletter tool behind the footer sign-up form (used only if you subscribe).
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 (subject to consent), Google Fonts served from Google servers (your IP address is sent to Google when the fonts load), and the PageSpeed module of Site Kit, which measures the site’s own performance and processes no visitor data.
- Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel and Conversions API (subject to consent).
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) and jsDelivr — content delivery networks serving some of the site’s scripts; they see your IP address when the files load.
- Our suppliers — to issue your licence key or code we transmit only the product reference and quantity to the supplier concerned; your name and email address are not sent to suppliers.
These providers act on our instructions for the purposes described, under their own privacy policies. Some of them are located in the United States; where you are in the EEA or the UK, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your session, your cart and your checkout working and cannot be switched off. Payment, analytics and advertising cookies are described, together with the consent mechanism, in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@digisovia.com; we answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. Residents of the EEA or the UK may also complain to their data-protection authority; California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA in the same way — we do not sell personal data.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Card data never reaches our servers. Licence keys are stored encrypted. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Changes
We update this policy when the tools we use change. The date below tells you when it was last revised.
